Stay-Over Arrivals up 10.3% For The First Half of 2016

Preliminary statistics reveal that stay-over arrivals to Grenada from January to June increased by 10.3% when compared to the same period in 2015. February and March showed the largest positive changes, partly due to the hosting of the Carifta Games and the CONCACAF U-17 Women’s Championships.

The USA continues to be the largest visitor source market which contributed 44% of stay-over arrivals for the first 6 months of the year, followed by the United Kingdom (19%), the Caribbean (17%) and Canada (10%).
