Grenada National Swimmers Returned after A Great Competition At The CCCAN Swim Championships in Trinidad


Grenada National Swimmers have returned after a great competition at the CCCAN Swim Championships in Trinidad from June 28th – July 2nd. Competing against the best from across the Caribbean and Central America, all of Grenada swimmers accomplished their personal best times in the events in which they competed.

Jadon Hyson represented Grenada well as the lone swimmer in the Open Water competition in Tobago.

Girls 11-12 4×100 Relay team performed well and placed 4th placed in the finals .

Kimberley Ince put on a stellar performance which resulted in medaling in 3 events.

Silver – 100m Backstroke
Bronze – 200m Backstroke
Bronze – 50m Backstroke

The 12 member team included: Jenebi Benoit, Anaika Charles, Oreoluwa Cherebin, Ariann Clouden, Zackery Gresham, Parshaw Haynes, Gabrielle Hyson, Kimberly Ince, Mia Neckles, Corey Ollivierre, Kerry Ollivierre, Meeka Ollivierre. The team was accompanied by Coach Gerson Escobar, Team Manager Chad Hyson and chaperone Grace Clouden
