Grenada Cricket Association Celebrates Emerging Talent
The Grenada Cricket Association (GCA) remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities for our young cricketing stars to rise and shine. As part of this year’s Dream11 Spice Isle T10, each franchise was required to include a 19-and-under player in their squad, with a mandate that each youth player must feature in at least three matches.
Rising above the rest with an outstanding all-round performance, Kirt Murray of the Clove Challengers was named the Most Outstanding U19 Player of the tournament!
Kirt’s impressive stats:
66 Runs
9 Wickets
3 Catches
1 Run-Out
An electrifying presence on the field, Kirt thrilled fans throughout the tournament—especially with that unforgettable one-handed catch (if you know, you know!).
Congratulations, Kirt!
In recognition of his stellar performance, Kirt received a trophy and a $500 cash prize, generously sponsored by immediate past GCA Secretary, Mr. Kerry Frank.
We look forward to seeing Kirt—and many more of our young talents—continue to grow and inspire in the seasons ahead.
