Pedro Bear I have the same problem with a bare bones installation of XP SP3 on an old laptop with limited ram mb max. This may point to this being an installed ram problem rather than SSE as mentioned in the Anthony S post. As with others AVG 9 runs fine. So after asking Customer Care to look at the problem again I get a template e-mail reply AVG carefully monitors the quality of our products and the service we provide, therefore all feedback from our customers is important to us.
