The National Insurance Board (NIB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cindian St Bernard to the position of Deputy Director, National Insurance Board effective 1 April 2019.
St Bernard holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
She has been employed with the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) since 1996 and held the position of Investment Manager since 2009.
St Bernard is from Woodlands, St George and a past student of the St Joseph’s Convent, St George’s and the TA Marryshow Community College (TAMCC).
