The delegation spent the week attending trade-focused events including: the Caribbean Marketing Conference, an interactive seminar dedicated to enhancing marketing initiatives on 5 June and Media Marketplace, a media showcase that provided a platform for leading editors, writers and social media influencers to meet and discuss the latest developments from the island on 6 June. In addition, CEO Maher and Chairperson Hood, conducted one-on-one interviews with Style Music TV, Caribbean One TV, Island Vibes, Looptt and Caribbean Media Corporation. The highly anticipated Caribbean Tourism Industry Awards Dinner, an event dedicated to recognising journalists and photographers who’ve written captivating and influential stories spotlighting the region was also held on 6 June.
