The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture expresses thanks to all the Secondary Schools which registered and participated in the preliminary, quarterfinal and semifinal rounds of competition in the return of National Secondary Schools Football Tournament and the Inter-secondary Secondary Schools Netball.
Congratulations are extended to the schools that are now moving on to the final round.
The final round of matches in the National Secondary Schools Football Tournament will be held on Thursday 8th December, 2022 at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium.
In the finals are:
U15 Junior Boys Mac Donald College (MDC) vs Hillsborough Secondary School (HSS) – 11:00am
Girls Open St. Andrew’s Anglican Secondary School (SAASS) vs Mac Donald College (MDC) – 1:00pm
U17 Senior Boys Boca Secondary School (BSS) vs Mac Donald College (MDC) – 3:00pm
Teams are expected to be at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium, one and a half hours before their matches begin.
The finals of the Inter-Secondary Schools Netball Tournament will be held on Wednesday 14th December, 2022, 3:30pm at the Tanteen Netball Court.

Grenville Secondary School (GSS) vs Bishop’s College (BC)
(3rd place and 4th place B Division/Junior Girls)
Happy Hill Secondary School (HHSS) vs Boca Secondary School (BSS)

The Ministry is inviting all schools, past pupils, and the general public to support the young aspiring footballers and netballers at the Kirani James Athletic Stadium on Thursday 8th December, and at the Tanteen Netball Court on December 14th, 2022.
The football tournament is sponsored by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, National Lotteries Authority, and the Grenada Football Association while the netball tournament is sponsored by D’s Sports Shop.
