Continued commitment to infrastructure development

The Ministry of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs and Local Government is continuing steadfast in its commitment to enhancing the islands’ infrastructure network.

Key ongoing projects, such as the Windward Fish Centre and the Belair Project, underscore the Ministry’s dedication to uplifting the community and creating sustainable development opportunities.

The Ministry is under the stewardship of MP Hon. Tevin Andrews, Minister for Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs and Local Government, with Javan Williams as Permanent Secretary. PS Williams, in an address to Ministry staff, acknowledged progress made and emphasised the critical importance of their collective efforts. He said, however, that there still is much more work to be done to meet the evolving needs of the community.

As Government continues to work towards a more robust and resilient Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, collaboration with the community remains integral, he added.
