Grenadian Officials Selected As Travelling Liaisons For ICC T20 Cricket World Cup

St George’s, Grenada, May 14, 2024: The Grenada Cricket Association (GCA) is thrilled to announce that Assistant Superintendent of Police and 1st Vice President of the Grenada Cricket Association, Randel Baptiste and Inspector of Police and Team Manager Kellon Noel were selected by Cricket West Indies to serve as travelling liaisons for the prestigious ICC T20 World Cup.
In commenting on the appointments, the President of the Grenada Cricket Association, Johnson Richardson, stated, “Cricket West Indies have chosen well. They have selected two of the best in the field. As an Association, we are delighted that two of our own are chosen to provide critical services for the T20 World Cup”.
ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel are authorised to work with two of the twenty teams scheduled to participate in the ICC T20 World Cup, which will be staged in the Caribbean and the United States of America from June 1, 2024.
ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel are experienced in the field and served most recently as liaisons for West Indies and England during the T20 matches held in Grenada last December.
The Grenada Cricket Association is confident in ASP Baptiste and Inspector Noel’s abilities and extends its best wishes for their successful execution of their duties in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup.
