The Grenada Football Association (GFA) is set to host two friendly matches as\u00a0 part of its preparations for the Concacaf U17 Men\u2019s Qualifiers. The Grenada U17 team will face off against\u00a0 their rivals from St. Vincent & the Grenadines in a series of matches aimed at sharpening skills and\u00a0 building team cohesion.<\/p>\n
The first match is scheduled for Friday, January 31, at 7:00 PM at Victoria Park, while the second match\u00a0 will take place on Sunday, February 2, at Cuthbert Peters Park, starting at 4:00 PM. These games provide\u00a0 an excellent opportunity for both teams to gain valuable match experience ahead of the qualifiers taking\u00a0 place in Panama from February 7 to 16.<\/p>\n
GFA General Secretary, Carl Lee, expressed the importance of these matches. \u201cThese friendly games are\u00a0 crucial for our young players to test their abilities and gain confidence before the qualifiers,\u201d he said.\u00a0 \u201cCompeting against St. Vincent & the Grenadines will help us assess our readiness and make necessary\u00a0 adjustments. We encourage fans to come out and support our U17 team.\u201d<\/p>\n
