Grenada maintains that they would like to see cash strapped airline the Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) continue to \u00a0provide service region.<\/p>\n

Minister of Trade, Industry , Cooperatives \u00a0and CARICOM Affairs Hon Oliver Joseph on Tuesday 5th<\/sup> said that in order to contribute state resources to the cash strapped airline, they must be restructured.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He was speaking at Tuesday\u2019s post Cabinet Briefing at the Ministry of Works Conference Room , In St.George.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The well-known Caribbean airline has been under financial pressure;Trinidad\u2019s Prime Minister Dr.Keith Rowley \u00a0\u00a0last week reported \u00a0that the airline only had days cash-on-hand left, \u00a0to continue operations.<\/p>\n
