ST GEORGE\u2019S, GRENADA \u2013 The Government of Grenada is pleased to announce that it has attracted Range Developments,
\none of the leading hotel developers in the Caribbean, to the country.<\/p>\n
Range is planning an incomparable master-planned development on one of the best locations in the Caribbean, just 15 minutes\u2019 drive from Grenada\u2019s airport.<\/p>\n
It will feature two luxury 5-star resorts, oceanfront villas, spas,
\nretail and water-sports’ facilities.
\nThe luxury operator for the first resort will be announced in the coming days.
\nRange Developments specializes in building luxury resorts in the Eastern Caribbean.<\/p>\n
As in other of Range\u2019s developments, investors will be able to
\nparticipate in the project, and if applicable, be a part of the Citizen by Investment programme.

\nThe hotel project, once started, will create more than 600 jobs during construction and many more during operations.
