{"id":3521,"date":"2019-04-09T21:09:19","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T01:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/drealfmgrenada.com\/?p=3521"},"modified":"2019-04-09T21:11:19","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T01:11:19","slug":"peters-new-project-three-ts-foundation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drealfmgrenada.com\/index.php\/2019\/04\/09\/peters-new-project-three-ts-foundation\/","title":{"rendered":"Peter&#8217;s New Project-Three T&#8217;s Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>By Mina Booker<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0Local Mas Band Leader ,Cultural Enthusiast\u00a0\u00a0and\u00a0Events Promoter will be bringing one of his ideas to actuality, when he launches the\u00a0Three T\u2019s foundation\u00a0in the Big Parish.<\/p>\n<p>The latest initiative\u00a0 of Upper Level Promotions under the directive of Mr. Peter Bain,\u00a0 \u00a0will celebrate the legacies of Randolph &#8220;Timpo&#8221; Thomas, John &#8220;Tangler&#8221; Allard and Winston &#8220;Teller&#8221; Glasgow.<\/p>\n<p>All three sons of the Parish, St.Andrew have made immense contributions to the local musical arena, paving way for many of the artistes today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Well the three T\u2019s foundation was an idea of mine, I thought we should give them some form of recognition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bain who was the \u00a0recipient of the\u00a0<strong>\u00a0British Empire\u00a0Medal in 2018 added, \u201c the initiative will\u00a0be launched on Rainbow City Monday in Grenville.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 852px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-3521-1\" width=\"852\" height=\"480\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/drealfmgrenada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/New-Project-\u2010-Made-with-Clipchamp.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/drealfmgrenada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/New-Project-\u2010-Made-with-Clipchamp.mp4\">http:\/\/drealfmgrenada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/New-Project-\u2010-Made-with-Clipchamp.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>The objective of the 3T&#8217;s Foundation is\u00a0&#8211; To recognize the contribution made by the 3T\u2019s to culture. It will take the form of a number of activities namely<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a03T\u2019s Talent Search competition<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0Erecting a monument near Paradise bridge<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a03T\u2019s Fund<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0Petition to rename the Seamoon Cultural centre to the 3T\u2019s Cultural Centre<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a03T\u2019s Fundraiser Show<\/p>\n<p>The first event will be held on August 17, 2019 and that will be the 3T\u2019s Talent Search competition. The idea is to give inexperienced artiste an opportunity to showcase the talent.
