That announcement was made by Minister of Legal affairs Hon Kindra Maturine-Stewart during Tuesday’s Governments Post cabinet briefing.<\/p>\n
On 17 July 2018, the E-passport was launched here in Grenada. This is a specific passport that has specific biometric features and a radio efficiency identification chip.<\/p>\n
Prime minister Mitchell during the launch of the new machine readable passport stated that the $175.00 previously charged was a subsidized cost and that will change after a specific period.<\/p>\n
