Grenlec is bringing greater convenience to its customers this season!<\/p>\n
At just the touch of a button, customers can now check their bill balances, usage history,
\nreport faults and more from their mobile devices using the new Grenlec Mobile App.<\/p>\n
Samantha Hossle, Electrical Engineer stated, \u201cWe are always seeking innovative ways to
\nbring more convenience and accessibility to our customers. With this app, we hope to
\nsatisfy customers\u2019 expectations to have ready access to their account information.\u201d<\/p>\n
With the mobile app, customers can:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Check bill balance(s).
\n\u2022 See bill due date(s) as well as the amount and date of the last payment.
\n\u2022 See 12-month usage and cost history.
\n\u2022 Add and manage multiple accounts.<\/p>\n
Through the app, customers will receive notifications about power outages with an
\nestimated restoration time. Additional notifications are sent if there are any changes to the
\nrestoration time, and again when the power is restored.<\/p>\n
Customers can also use the app to report new outages as well as other issues (Eg. damaged streetlights, poles or lines)<\/p>\n
Prudence Greenidge, Grenlec\u2019s Corporate Communications Manager, noted, \u201cThe Genlec
\nmobile app is an addition to a suite of tools that are designed to enhance customer
\nexperience. We believe customers will embrace the convenience of on-demand access to
\nGrenlec billing information as well as the ability to easily send fault reports to and receive
\noutage notifications and other information from Grenlec.\u201d<\/p>\n
In addition to the Mobile App, customers can continue calling 237 to check balances and
\nreport faults 24\/7.<\/p>\n
The Grenlec app is available for download on both Android and iOS platforms via Google
